Our goal is trans-parency.
When creating our policies, accountability was at the forefront of our conversations. We believe the more open we are, the more trust is fostered between us and the community.
It goes without saying: we don’t tolerate hateful behavior.
This includes but is not limited to: transphobia, homophobia, racism, religious discrimination, and ableism. All of our volunteers are required to read and verify understanding of these policies and engage in regular peer check-ins.
