About the event
Trans Joy in the Park is the event that started it all. It is a space for transgender folks of all ages, backgrounds, and interests to get together as a community. Think of it like a chosen family reunion!
During good weather, we will be located in West Loose Park just past the tennis courts. In the case of rain or temperatures below 50 degrees, we will move to our weather backup location, trans-owned Goofball Sk8boards in Waldo.
Masks are required. Masks are provided for anyone who does not have one.
We bring:
-Some snacks and NA drinks
-Craft activity kits curated by trans artist Lily Elderweb, courtesy of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art
